Description of Service

Bowen EHS, Inc. provides an online member center for individuals preparing to take safety certification exams (members). Bowen EHS Member Center registrants have access to view and participate in online discussion forums related to health and safety certification topics and other topics of general interest. Members participating in each forum agree to follow the stated rules of the forums. The Member Center also includes publicly available resources for download as well as an opportunity to participate in live on-line study sessions. This document is also known as the Member Center Site Policy Agreement.

We guarantee the success of our exam preparation courses. Our goal is for you to pass your exam(s), and we stand behind that.

If you meet the conditions below and do not pass your exam, you may do the following  at no cost: 

Workshop (in-person) courses: You may join an online review course.

Online review courses: You may repeat the online review course.

Our online classrooms support Windows and are powered by eLecta Live.  You'll need the following:

• Internet access
• Permission to install a small program

Bowen EHS, Inc. will not release information about our members or clients unless authorized by the member or client or required by a court or governmental agency.  We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We use cookies and other technologies to track nonpersonal information such as page visits and web advertising. We use Google to provide some of those services.  You may opt out of their tracking services or turn off cookies to avoid this if you want.

Bowen EHS, Inc. provides consulting and training services and continuing education, exam preparation and review, and reference courses and materials to health and safety professionals. Client hereby desires to engage the services of Bowen EHS, Inc. and Bowen EHS, Inc. has agreed to provide services to Client on the terms and conditions provided for herein and in the registration form completed by Client which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. This Agreement and the said registration form shall govern and control the relationship and agreement between the parties.
