Computer Requirements

Our online virtual classrooms, powered by eLecta Live, support Windows, iOS(iPads), and Android Tablets.  For the best online learning experience, the use of a laptop or desktop computer is HIGHLY recommended.

You will need the following:

  • Internet access
  • Permission to install a small program or app
You only need to be able to hear audio (i.e. speakers or headphones) to participate in the live lectures; you do not need a webcam or microphone. The instructor uses a microphone, and clients use the text chat window and virtual classroom toolbar to interact in class.

You can test and prepare each computer or device by clicking the button below. If the test does not work, you may need to work with your IT department to allow access through your company's firewall.

Test your system now and click the Enter the American Test Room button when you see it.
