## Chris Egle, Chief Executive Officer

![Chris Egle, Chief Executive Officer](/images/people/C_Egle_med_400.jpg)As CEO, Chris is our leader and visionary. He leads Bowen Learning Network's stategic planning to develop and increase the value of our products and services for our clients' professional development needs. He communicates with our team on a daily basis to promote organizational and individual growth.

One of Chris's passions is making information accessible and easily understood. Exceptional use of technology is imperative to the Bowen EHS mission of providing high quality professional development experiences and resources for environmental, health, and safety professionals. Chris oversees the development, maintenance and enhancement of our technology systems. This includes the main website, Member Center, and the systems used to support clients, faculty and staff. You might not ever speak with Chris, but he's at the heart of everything we do.

 

 

## Kim King, Senior Project Manager 

![Kim King, Senior Project Manager ](/images/people/K_King_med_325.jpg)Kim supports Bowen Learning Network’s operations, growth, and client experience by leading marketing, advertising, bookkeeping, course administration, client support, and special projects. As part of the Leadership Team, she helps shape the company's strategy, manages financial and administrative processes, oversees client communications, coordinates course and product details, and leads initiatives that improve visibility, engagement, and user experience.

 

 

## Jordan Poythress, MPM, PMP - Manager of Instruction

![Jordan Poythress, MPM, PMP - Manager of Instruction](/images/people/Poythress_Jordan_Headshot_square.jpg)Jordan is responsible for instructor management, course development, and course administration. His duties include hiring and training instructors and ensuring they have the support they need so they can focus their energy on our clients’ learning experience. Jordan collaborates with instructors to create and update Bowen EHS curriculum and learning events. He works with both clients and instructors as they navigate the ever-changing technology used to provide high-quality online learning. Jordan also ensures our courses meet the rigorous standards of the IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard, protecting Bowen EHS's status as an IACET-Accredited Provider. Jordan holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

 

 

## Mark Kinsey, Course Support Specialist

![Mark Kinsey, Course Support Specialist](/images/people/Kinsey_Mark_Headshot_square.jpg)Mark provides administrative support for the production of courses and tools in the Bowen EHS Learning Center. He is responsible for course administration, including updating the virtual classroom activities and managing classroom recordings. He also maintains our client relationship management system, provides client support, and performs other administrative duties as needed.

 

 

## Todd Punke, Vice President of Development and Training Evaluation

This includes assessing instructors, conducting client research, and analyzing data for use in client relations, product development, and marketing.

 

 

## Margaret Murphy, Instructional Consultant

![Margaret Murphy, Instructional Consultant](/images/people/M_Murphy_med_325.jpg)Margaret spent over 15 years with Bowen EHS, where she helped build our course catalog, supported instructors and learners, and managed office operations. Though officially retired, she continues to work with our team as an instructional consultant, lending her deep institutional knowledge to course design, delivery, and the learner experience. She knows our programs — and our learners — inside and out. Margaret is most proud of implementing the high standards required for Bowen EHS to become an IACET-accredited training provider.

 

 

## Russell Bowen, CIH, CSP, Founder 

![Russell Bowen, CIH, CSP, Founder ](/images/people/rbowen_2016_headshot_cropped.jpg)Mr. Bowen originally founded Bowen EHS, Inc. in 2003 to meet the educational needs of those studying for certification in the EHS professions. In 2014, Mr. Bowen created Bowen Learning Network, Inc. due to significant expansion in business activities. He now serves as the Chairman of the Board of Bowen Learning Network, Inc.
