I joined the happy alumni who have now achieved the Preliminary Pass result on my exam. It was a good feeling. This time around, I knew it. I wasn't even nervous as I waited for the final result when I clicked the button (OK maybe just a tiny bit). I thank Russ and the entire Bowen team for standing behind me, helping me study and study some more, encouraging me, and everyone in the study groups for each exam. I couldn't have done it without all of your support, I'm sure. Part of me feels like I should have passed a year ago, right after I took this Bowen prep course. I missed passing by 1.2%, probably 2 questions. Disappointing, but I studied hard again for the spring exam. That one I missed by 0.6%, probably 1 question. That one was hard to take. But I'm resilient, so I picked myself up and tried again. Good luck to all of you, and a sincere thank-you to Russ and all of the Bowen team.

Hi, guys I passed my ASP exam this morning on the first try! Thank you Bowen EHS and Pat for your help. The study materials I used were pocket prep ASP/CSP, David Yates and Roger Brauer book. I took over 65 ASP exams on the Bowen website and studied easily 2-3hrs a day for 6 months. I think the key to success on this exam is being exposed to a multitude of study material to draw upon. Also, eliminate the terrible answers so the odds are in your favor. Really excited. Good luck to all!

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the courses (I completed CSP and plan to take CIH test in April). I am also VERY pleased with the exceptional help that I get from your staff. Representative Lynette was astute, pleasant, and very helpful with my request. I promise to highly recommend your courses to all of my cohorts!

Passed the CSP exam today! I passed the CSP exam today after passing the ASP exam in January (two weeks after my ASP-CSP course ended). This was the earliest I could get scheduled at the exam center. As Russ advised, I highly recommend taking the CSP as quickly as you can after taking the ASP. I continued reviewing my course materials, taking exams/quizzes on the Bowen EHS site, and using the BCSP CSP Pocket Prep app. The CSP had much less math. The math it had was pretty much okay if you read it carefully but there were a couple that I had to make educated guesses - ha ha. As other exam takers have stated, the CSP exam is much more focused on scenarios and the appropriate recommendations based on the said scenario. There was *a lot* of reading, so make sure that you read everything (question and answer options) carefully. Thank you so much, Russ, for preparing me so thoroughly for both of these great accomplishments. I would not have been this successful without your course!

I took my exam this morning, and I'm happy to have received a preliminary pass on my first try. Many thanks and appreciation to Russ, Rustin, and the team at Bowen EHS for putting together a very insightful and comprehensive review course for this exam. Your course (especially the study question vault) gave me a lot more confidence going into this! I think the best strategy that worked for me was to study a little every day (1-2 hours) for the past 4-5 months instead of cramming information in huge time blocks, reading the recommended literature from the first or second lecture, and definitely having a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast (Thanks for the tip Russ!). Thanks again and good luck to those taking this exam! 

Please tell Mr. Pate that I passed the CHMM exam. I was in his last CHMM class and listened to the recordings since I couldn't make the scheduled live classroom hours. Without his class I would not have done well....tell him thanks for me.

Well, I can be added to the list of folks who passed the ASP! I did take a break last night, but fortunately, I reviewed some occupational health items this AM which actually came up on my exam. That gave me a confidence boost.
I know that this Bowen course can't cover everything, but I don't know if I would have passed with just the material covered in the course. I had to supplement with another ASP exam prep book to gain the full breadth of knowledge to make me comfortable. This makes me a bit concerned to jump into the CSP, since I do not have an additional resource to go along with my Bowen material.

I passed the CSP Exam! Please thank the CSP instructor for the great class. Once again, I only used your materials to pass the exam. I have been recommending your review classes to all my former coworkers. For me, I couldn't have passed the CIH or CSP exams without your classes because I wouldn't know how to start studying. I needed a focused online course that was real time so I can ask questions. I have very limited time to study, so your courses were perfect.

Hi Russ, Just wanted to let you know that I PASSED my CIH test! Woo! Hoo! I took your class last fall and almost passed. I took the class again this year. I only studied your material and made sure I could score at least an 80 on each practice test over and over and over. I probably studied/practiced/reviewed everything at least 15-20 hours per week for 2.5 months. I also worked the previous practice questions you supply us as well in the additional resources section. My perception of the test was that there were not as many problems requiring the use of the formula sheets, however, when there were, I could work those problems. There were a lot of questions you had to think about the answer, but I believe the information you provided in the online class covered most of it. I am very happy that I passed! Thank you so much for your class and teaching! 

I passed the ASP this and I couldn't think Pat and Russ enough for the help and support throughout the course and study prep. This was my 3rd time taking the exam (once before the prep course and another time in the middle of the prep course). I would recommend finishing the prep course all the way through before taking the exam, as I felt fully prepared today. Now on to the CSP. Thank again Pat and Russ!
