Member Center Computer Requirements - 2019 and older courses
The Member Center requires a web browser(i.e. Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.) that can handle web standards and Javascript well. The best results come from using an up-to-date browser. The Virtual Classroom requirements are a little more strict.

Playing Versus Downloading Recordings - Electa
You have two potential options when it comes to viewing the virtual classroom recordings: playing and downloading.
- Playing: The server reassembles the recorded parts for you and streams it to your device.
- Downloading: You download the recording file to your device first and then have your device reassemble it for you when you open the file via Electa.

How do I update my computer or device for the Electa Virtual Classroom?
Android, iPad, and iPhone
You will receive updates through Google Play or the App Store.
Windows and Macs
Your software is checked and updated every time you connect to the Virtual Classroom. If you are having trouble with a recording, you can use the button below to trigger an update.
Verify that Electa is installed and your computer or device can communicate with the test classroom.

Electa Virtual Classroom and Antivirus Tools
Can't start the Virtual Classroom? Sometimes antivirus and antimalware programs, applications, or tools prevent Electa, the Virtual Classroom plugin from starting. You will usually see an error message stating that Electa failed to start. If you see an error message that includes the words "connection" or "connect", please see Testing and Troubleshooting the Virtual Classroom.

Connecting to the Virtual Classroom - Electa
We use Electa for our live online classroom. To access the classroom, you will need to install a small plugin on the computer or device you plan to use. Just follow the instructions below.
