Jordan supports the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of educational programs by working closely with instructors, presenters, staff, and the Manager of Instruction. He helps recruit and support instructors, coordinates webinar and course content, manages schedules and course materials, and ensures learning activities are engaging, accurate, and up to date. Jordan also helps maintain compliance with IACET standards by supporting annual reviews, policy development, and renewal preparation.
