Lecturer
Colleen Loredo, CIH, CHMM, CPESC
Ms. Loredo brings nearly 30 years of experience to the environmental and demolition industry with a specialization in complex brownfield property rationalization, acquisition, and redevelopment. She has extensive experience in the decommissioning and demolition of petroleum refineries, heavy industrial manufacturing facilities, including steel mills, chemical manufacturing facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, and electric power plants. Holding credentials as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) she also focuses on environmental and safety compliance to support RCRA hazardous waste management, TSCA PCB remediation, CERCLA remediation, as well as the development and implementation of SPCC, SESC and SWP3 plans for large-scale industrial and commercial sites.
With her strong background as the leader of her industrial services group and decades of experience in property rationalization and remediation, Ms. Loredo delivers practical, regulatory-focused training. Her expertise ensures participants gain actionable skills in environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and sustainable project delivery.
