As the world of work becomes increasingly complex—with advanced technology, evolving business models, and refined measures of success—operating ethically has never been more challenging or more essential. The pressure to stay relevant, profitable, and highly valued can blur ethical boundaries, as individuals and organizations alike navigate shifting expectations and self-serving incentives.
Ethical lapses often begin at the top. When leadership falters in its moral compass or fiduciary duties to employees, customers, and shareholders, the organization’s code of conduct risks becoming merely symbolic. This webinar explores how ethical behavior remains the cornerstone of lasting professional and organizational success, even amid uncertainty and change.
Whether you’re a leader shaping organizational culture or a professional striving to build credibility, this presentation will equip you with the insight and strategies to strengthen ethical practices that stand the test of change.
Objectives
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Identify potential "conflict of interest" situations to ethical conduct and propose solutions.
- Describe moral behavior that can be applied in one’s professional conduct.
- Share essential skills necessary to make higher-quality ethical decisions
