Each app has a control panel at the bottom of each screen. The buttons look like this:
Here are some things that may help you get a Quiz Game app installed or updated:
- Restart your device. (This is different than shutting off the screen. Search the internet if you're not sure how to do this for your device.)
- Connect to an unrestricted internet access point. The Quiz Game downloads questions from our servers; it needs internet access to do that. Some government, corporate, and cellular networks restrict some of the data access.
- Update your device. Sometimes an update may fix an issue that makes the Quiz Game not work properly.
